The process begins with selecting appropriate raw material sources, followed by receiving, sorting, and preparing the materials at the foundry. They are then introduced into the melting, treatment, and chemical composition control stages, leading to casting and the production of aluminum alloys and materials ready for further manufacturing.
Types of Raw Materials Supplied to the Foundry
The raw materials we process vary according to production requirements and the desired alloy compositions. The main categories include:
Industrial Aluminum Scrap
This includes aluminum waste, machining chips, and offcuts generated by manufacturing, extrusion, and forming processes. These materials can be recycled and reintroduced into melting operations to produce new materials suitable for industrial use.

We process aluminum profiles and profile scrap generated during manufacturing and fabrication. After sorting and classifying these materials according to their type, condition, and composition, they can be recovered as raw materials for remelting operations.
